Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market research, and creating sales reports. Additional tasks include overseeing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and building customer relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Digital Marketing
• Proven track record in Sales Management, as well as developing and managing sales teams
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the regional market of South India is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel as required
