Role Overview: As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing campaigns both online and offline. Your role will involve assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including social media management which includes content creation, posting, and tracking engagement. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting market research and competitor analysis to enhance the effectiveness of our strategies. You will also contribute to branding activities, event promotions, and outreach programs. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams to design and print marketing materials will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring campaign performance and assisting in reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will play a key role in organizing medical camps, awareness programs, and establishing corporate tie-ups, particularly in healthcare settings. Your support will be vital in maintaining CRM databases, generating leads, and handling administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing activities.
