Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support various marketing campaigns both online and offline. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including social media management with content creation, posting, and tracking engagement. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to enhance marketing strategies. - Contributing to branding activities, event promotions, and outreach programs. - Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to design and print marketing materials. - Monitoring campaign performance and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also play a key role in organizing medical camps, awareness programs, and establishing corporate tie-ups in healthcare settings. Your tasks will involve maintaining CRM databases, generating leads, and handling administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Solid understanding of digital marketing and various social media platforms. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Experience with Canva or other design tools is advantageous. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and eager to learn. You must demonstrate effective multitasking abilities and thrive in a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
