Sales & Marketing Internship

In this internship role with PaReComm Surfaces, you will have the opportunity to assist in various aspects of the interior design solutions business. - **Assist in Lead Generation**: - Identify potential clients through online platforms, referrals, or field research. - **Conduct Client Outreach**: - Connect with prospects via calls, messages, and emails to introduce our interior design solutions. - **Schedule & Attend Meetings**: - Help coordinate and attend client meetings (online or in-person) along with the sales team. - **Pitch Products & Services**: - Present our offerings such as wood/laminate flooring, PVC panels, wallpapers, false ceilings, etc. - **Follow Up with Leads**: - Regularly follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel. - **Coordinate with Design & Project Teams**: - Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines. - **Maintain Sales Records**: - Update and manage client data, leads, and status reports using Excel or CRM tools. - **Support Marketing Activities**: - Assist in digital campaigns, promotions, and creating basic marketing materials. - **Market Research**: - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest ideas to improve sales strategy. - **Client Feedback Collection**: - Gather feedback post-sales and help improve customer experience. --- PaReComm Surfaces is a leading interior design and solutions company that offers end-to-end services in home interiors.
