Summer Internship Program 2026 – Sales & Marketing

We are looking for enthusiastic go-getters to join our marketing team as summer interns. You will work closely with the digital marketing team, B2B sales team, and sales partners across India. You will be responsible for strategic and administrative tasks to help Aminu expand its footprint exponentially. In turn, you will experience the real-world challenges, problem-solving solving and exhilaration of building an enterprise that will prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Aminu Wellness is a new-age efficacy-driven skincare brand founded by the University of Chicago Booth Schools Business and IIT Kanpur alums. Established in 2019, it has all the excitement of an industry-disrupting early-stage start-up. Aminu researches, develops and markets products that improve skin by addressing the cause deep within the skin, through a careful balance of plant botanicals, essential vitamins, energising minerals and advanced technologies. The company endeavours to nurture a culture of diversity of thought and encourages innovation, creativity, and integrity in everything they do. It is headquartered in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition, current and future trends via primary and secondary research
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (digital and offline)
  • Responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing the brand
  • Brainstorm & execute new ideas for revenue growth
  • Develop sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Generate customer reviews and monitor ratings
  • Prepare & disseminate promotional material
  • Help organize marketing events

Requirements
  • Enrolled in a full-time MBA/Postgraduate program
  • Strong desire to learn & make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to synthesize data and create meaningful insights for management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
  • Experience in marketing in the consumer products industry will be an added advantage
