Job Description

Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and enhancing the company’s brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking Visit clients/customers to promote products and services Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote products Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads and prospects Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client feedback Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies Analyze market trends and competitors Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events when required. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Good understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and organizational skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
