Job Summary:

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively conduct 

  field sales visits

   to schools, colleges, corporate offices, tour agencies, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
• Pitch our experiences (Go Karting, Paint Room, Laser Tag, etc.) for 

  corporate bookings, events, and group outings

  .
• Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Track performance and prepare weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and feedback.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and collaborations to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience

   (B2C or B2B).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and activations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Jaipur’s geography and local market is a plus.
