Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in field sales , strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating engaging outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and driving revenue through on-ground and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Actively conduct field sales visits to schools, colleges, corporate offices, tour agencies, etc. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and channel partners. Pitch our experiences (Go Karting, Paint Room, Laser Tag, etc.) for corporate bookings, events, and group outings . Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings. Track performance and prepare weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and feedback. Assist in organizing promotional events and collaborations to increase brand visibility. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (B2C or B2B). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel locally for field visits and activations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Familiarity with Jaipur’s geography and local market is a plus. Job Summary: Receptionist & Sales Executive We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-oriented Receptionist & Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in walk-in sales, inquiries, and customer experience. This is a full-time, on-ground role at our center in Gurgaon and requires someone who is enthusiastic, well-organized, and enjoys interacting with people. Key Responsibilities ● Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude. ● Handle customer inquiries in person and over phone/WhatsApp/email regarding activities, bookings, and packages. ● Provide detailed information about our experiences and upsell packages or add-ons. ● Coordinate bookings, manage reservations, and handle walk-in sales. ● Maintain a record of daily footfall, bookings, feedback, and payments. ● Handle POS systems for billing and basic accounting tasks. ● Ensure smooth guest flow and coordinate with the operations team to manage waiting times. ● Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and gaming areas. Requirements ● Prior experience in hospitality, front-desk, receptionist, or customer-facing sales role preferred. ● Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. ● Confident personality with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. ● Basic computer skills ● Comfortable with working on weekends and holidays. ● Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable. ● Knowledge of Gurgaon’s local audience and customer preferences is a plus.
