Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role includes identifying market opportunities through research and planning, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to support business growth. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales campaigns, driving successful marketing initiatives, and achieving set sales targets. The Sales & Marketing Executive will contribute to promoting company offerings and enhancing brand visibility across diverse markets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Research, Market Planning, and identifying potential business opportunities.
Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to close deals and achieve growth targets effectively.
Experience in Marketing, including executing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent Communication skills to foster client relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the infrastructure or EPC industry is an added advantage.
