Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Sales Executive to manage and drive sales through various online platforms including IndiaMART, Justdial, Google My Business, Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and closing deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize company profiles on B2B/B2C platforms: IndiaMART, Justdial, Google My Business, etc. Upload and update product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce marketplaces. Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads to convert them into sales. Handle order processing, quotations, and pricing discussions with potential customers. Maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-up and professional communication. Track and analyze performance of different platforms, generate reports, and suggest improvements. Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content updates on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc. Assist in developing sales strategies for digital growth and lead nurturing.
