🎯 Key Responsibilities: Prepare and expose screens using emulsion and artwork Mix inks and match colors as per job requirement Setup and operate screen printing table or carousel machine Handle multicolor registration accurately Print on various materials (stickers, fabrics, boxes, sheets etc.) Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstation Track daily job status, quantity, and wastage Report work via WhatsApp (basic smartphone handling) ✅ Skill Requirements:Knowledge of frame stretching, screen coating, and exposure Color mixing (Pantone / shade matching) Speed + accuracy in printing jobs Ability to work independently and follow job sheets Preferred: Knowledge of heat press or sublimation printing 🎁 Incentives:Monthly bonus for zero wastage & on-time job completion Growth opportunity to become shift supervisor in 6 months Supportive work environment, CCTV-monitored transparent setup ✍️ काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ: स्क्रीन तैयार करना (कोटिंग, एक्सपोजर, फ्रेम सेटअप) इंक मिक्सिंग और कलर मैचिंग टेबल या रोटरी मशीन पर प्रिंटिंग करना मल्टी कलर रजिस्ट्रेशन फैब्रिक, बॉक्स, स्टीकर पर प्रिंट करना डेली रिपोर्ट भेजना (WhatsApp पर) वेस्ट कंट्रोल और क्लीनिंग का ध्यान रखना 🛠️ आवश्यक कौशल:स्क्रीन और कलर का अच्छा अनुभव सटीकता और स्पीड से काम करना आता हो स्मार्टफोन इस्तेमाल आता हो अकेले भी जिम्मेदारी से काम कर सके
