Job Description

The job involves identifying prospects through lead generation activities such as obtaining references from Chartered Accountants, existing customers, etc. You will be required to coordinate with pre-sales resources to schedule appointments for product demonstrations. Utilizing appropriate tools, you will conduct product/solutions demos and provide quotations to potential customers. It will be your responsibility to understand the business needs of prospects and demonstrate how these needs can be addressed through the product demo. Additionally, you will identify any customization or training requirements from new prospects. Once a prospect is onboarded, you will be responsible for the installation of Tally at the customer's site, including providing basic training. Conducting basic product training sessions for new customers will also be part of your role. Identifying module implementation requirements and generating leads for implementation will be crucial tasks. Furthermore, you are expected to relay any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and/or owner for further action.
