This role requires an individual who can stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance related to employee benefits administration. Roles & Responsibilities: Module Implementation & Configuration : Implement and configure Oracle Benefits modules to support a company's employee benefit programs. Process Analysis : Analyze and document business processes related to employee benefits, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Training & Support : Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on how to effectively use the Oracle Benefits system. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee benefits. Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance related to employee benefits administration. Skills Required Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Benefits modules . The ability to analyze and document business processes.
