· Identify, prospect, and onboard new banking & financial clients in Karnataka.
· Present and demo our suite of banking solutions (Core Banking, Wallet, MIS, Switching, etc.) to decision-makers.
· Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Travel across assigned territories within Karnataka to expand footprint.
· Collect market intelligence, study competitive offerings, and provide feedback to management for product enhancements.
· Maintain accurate sales activity records and submit reports on performance metrics.
· 0 to 3 years of sales experience (freshers with right mindset are welcome).
· Excellent proficiency in Kannada and English, both spoken and written.
· Must own a two-wheeler and laptop.
· Preparedness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
· Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.
· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· High level of accountability, discipline, and result-driven attitude.
