Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, meeting with clients on-site, understanding technical requirements, and providing tailored solutions. You will act as the link between customers and our technical team, ensuring both commercial and technical satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions/industries. Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and technical proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with the internal technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM. Qualifications & Skills:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field. 0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or engineering solutions. Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
