Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Online Leads) Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) Languages Required: Hindi, English, Tamil About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and qualifying incoming online leads from various digital channels, nurturing prospects, and closing sales effectively. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify incoming leads generated via website, social media, email, and other digital channels. Client Communication: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their requirements and offer solutions. Sales Conversion: Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to convert leads into customers. Pipeline Management: Track, update, and manage leads and opportunities using CRM tools. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in handling inbound or online leads. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Experience with online platforms like Indiamart is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
