Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, driving on-ground campaigns, and closing sales in the real estate sector. If you're enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a flair for both promotion and persuasion — we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing
Plan and execute local sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost property sales.
Conduct on-ground promotional activities such as kiosks, society activation, roadshows, and open houses.
Handle walk-in inquiries, explain project details confidently, and guide prospects through property walkthroughs and site visits.
Distribute brochures and digital materials via WhatsApp, email, and QR codes to engage and follow up with leads.
Use digital tools like Google Forms and CRM apps to capture, track, and manage customer data.
Coordinate with the internal team to schedule site visits, follow-ups, and ensure smooth lead conversion.
Perform basic market research and gather customer feedback to support strategy improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 0 to 3 years in sales or field marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Forms, email marketing, and CRM tools.
Personality: Presentable, confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and travel locally for field activities.
