Job Title: Sales Executive – Garage Partnerships Location: Bangalore Company: MechanicForYou Industry: Automobile Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company:MechanicForYou is a growing automobile service platform that connects vehicle owners with trusted garages for services such as denting & painting, car washing, detailing, and more. We're on a mission to streamline car care across India. Key Responsibilities:Reach out to car garages, workshops, and service centers through phone calls, emails, and field visits. Pitch MechanicForYou's service partnership model and benefits clearly to garage owners/managers. Schedule and attend in-person meetings with garage owners to present partnership terms. Onboard garages by collecting required business documents and ensuring smooth registration on the platform. Maintain and update the CRM database with leads, contacts, and meeting outcomes. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with garage partners. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for garage tie-ups. Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding, training, and support of new garage partners. Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales, preferably in the automobile, logistics, or tech-based service sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills (in English, Hindi, and regional language). Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for fieldwork. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. Perks & Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
