We bridge the gap between car owners and reliable garages. Job Responsibilities:Visit customers’ homes or offices to inspect their vehicles as per the scheduled service request. Perform a basic visual inspection of the car’s exterior and interior condition (scratches, dents, tire condition, etc.). Record and report any pre-existing damage or issues before pick-up using photos or forms. Safely drive the customer's vehicle to the assigned garage for servicing. Ensure proper communication with both the customer and garage staff during pick-up and delivery. Keep track of car documents and keys during transit. Return the car safely to the customer after service is completed. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and customer trust throughout the service cycle. Coordinate with the operations team for job updates and instructions. Key Skills and Requirements:Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license with at least 2 years of experience.
