We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at MechanicForYou , a growing online car service platform offering denting, painting, and repair solutions. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, and converting leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads Explain our services (Car Denting, Painting, Repairs, etc.) clearly and confidently Take booking requests and update CRM/records Follow up with interested leads via phone or WhatsApp Share photos with clients and collect panel images for dent estimation Coordinate with service teams for scheduling pickups Maintain a polite, helpful, and customer-first attitude
