ABOUT THE ROLE Due to Lambodra Group’s exponential growth, we seek a talented and highly ambitious professional to join us as Marketing and Sales Executive. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.] Finding and screening possible customers by a variety of methods, such as cold calling, networking, and internet research, is known as prospecting and lead generation. 2.] Analyzing client needs entails knowing the particular difficulties and demands of possible customers in order to provide pertinent IT solutions. 3.] Developing persuasive sales proposals and presentations that meet the needs of the client and highlight the advantages of the suggested solution 4.] Negotiation and Closing: To meet revenue goals, negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements. 5.] Building and sustaining solid relationships with customers, making sure they are satisfied, and spotting chances for cross-selling or upselling are all parts of relationship management. 6]. Sales Strategy and Planning: Assisting in the creation and application of successful sales tactics in order to meet sales goals. 7]. Market research and analysis: Keeping abreast of market developments, rivalry, and new technological advancements in order to spot new company prospects. 8]. CRM management is the process of keeping thorough records of opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activity within the organization's CRM system. 9]. Cooperation with Internal Teams: Coordinating closely with teams in charge of product development, marketing, and customer service to match sales initiatives with overarching business objectives.   SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED – A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a similar discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with clients. Technical knowledge: An awareness of IT services and products, such as cloud computing, software, and hardware. Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Capacity to recognize customer difficulties and suggest workable solutions. Market knowledge: An awareness of the competitive environment, market trends, and the IT sector.  [Valid Passport is Mandatory ]
