SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED – A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a similar discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with clients. Technical knowledge: An awareness of IT services and products, such as cloud computing, software, and hardware. Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Capacity to recognize customer difficulties and suggest workable solutions.
