Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our Thailand Destination Management Company (DMC) services to B2B agents. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through face-to-face meetings and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with B2B agents to promote TIC Tours Thailand's services and build strong relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and pitch our services to potential clients

- Develop and maintain a strong network of B2B agents and partners

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and proficiency in Hindi is a plus

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism industry

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Results-driven and motivated, with a passion for sales and marketing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
