Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our residential villa and plotted development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-quality residential projects, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to lead the marketing initiatives and drive sales for our Identity Urban Village project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the villa-buying journey until successful closure. Key Responsibilities: Engage with warm leads shared by the digital marketing team via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Build trust and rapport with potential clients by understanding their needs and aspirations. Schedule and conduct site visits, provide detailed walkthroughs, and highlight project USPs. Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and documentation post-sale. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress. Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to improve lead quality and targeting. Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales/customer-facing role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant, persuasive, and confident personality. Ability to build relationships and close high-value deals.
