We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals with an MBA specialisation in Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to business growth, and build a strong career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills:
MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer handling abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month (based on skills and experience).
