Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Technical Products/IT Services)

Department: Sales / Business Development / Marketing

Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness for our technical products/services. The candidate should be able to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Understand company’s technical products/services and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
  • Create and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to understand client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media posts, campaigns, and promotional material

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic technical understanding (IT/Software/Engineering).
  • Lead generation and prospecting skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce or similar).
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage (SEO, social media, campaigns).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales in a technical domain.
  • Experience in SaaS, software, or engineering product sales preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
