Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over calls to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Promote and sell products/services while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve communication and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in voice process/customer service/sales (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
• A go-getter attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
