Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

The Retail Jeweller - India & Middle East s Leading Media, Events & Consulting Organisation

Location: Mumbai- Kurla (On-Site)

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 1-3 Years (Sales & Marketing)

About the Role:

We are looking for an eager, dynamic and high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing organisation.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founders across India & Middle East markets, contributing to high-impact Media, Events, Digital and Consulting initiatives in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Generate new leads across jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and industry partners.

Sell advertising solutions across Print, Digital, Social Media & Special Edition publications.

Pitch sponsorships and partnerships for industry-leading events (Forums, Awards, Buyer-Seller Meets, etc)

Drive booth sales for exhibitions and BSMs.

Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and conversions.

Maintain CRM/MIS reports and revenue dashboards.

Marketing:

Support promotions for events, awards and trade programs.

Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, EDMs, social posts & campaigns.

Assist in organising events: delegate acquisition, exhibitor coordination, marketing collaterals.

Help drive digital visibility on LinkedIn, Meta & WhatsApp B2B channels.

Work on brand communication, content briefs and partner promotions.

What We re Looking For:

MBA with 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong relationship-building ability

Comfortable with targets, deadlines and field visits (when required)

High sense of ownership and professionalism

Ability to multitask across multiple projects & events

Passion for media, events and the jewellery industry (preferred)
