Job Description

  • Magazine & Editorial Design: Lead the visual direction and layout for magazine issues conceptualize spreads, build and maintain InDesign templates, collaborate closely with editors, writers and photographers to translate stories into compelling visual narratives, and ensure timely delivery of print-ready files.
  • Digital & Social Media Content: Drive concept-driven creative for social channels and digital campaigns. Produce platform-appropriate assets (static, animated GIFs, simple motion where required), optimize designs for various formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat), and apply social best-practices to increase engagement and retain brand voice.
  • Website Content Management: Design and manage visual web assets (banners, hero images, feature graphics), work with the digital team to implement assets in CMS, ensure visuals are responsive and aligned with web UX requirements, and maintain consistent brand presentation online.
  • Brand Consistency & Asset Management: Maintain and enforce style guides, grids, and templates across print and digital channels; organize and manage design assets (photo libraries, versions, source to enable efficient reuse and consistent application.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with marketing, web developers, account executives and the marketing head to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and deadlines, provide clear handoffs to printers and developers, and communicate status updates effectively.
  • Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: Ensure high standards for typography, layout composition and color; perform final checks before publishing or printing; stay current with design trends and platform changes, and proactively suggest creative improvements to boost brand presence.
  • Design and produce engaging digital content including web banners, social media posts, email templates, infographics, and ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualification: Art Background
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Art Background, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Website/ Social media /Photoshop/ In design/ Illustrator/ Adobe
