Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, establishing credibility, and driving brand promotions across the global market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing preferably in SAAS Software, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for making a difference. You will work directly with the CEO based in Canada and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute strategies that align with the companys vision and goals. Key Responsibilities: Brand Building: Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility. Create compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and touchpoints. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization. Te am Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve collective and individual goals. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to support brand positioning and thought leadership. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the buyer’s journey. Global Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other global stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals. Represent the Bangalore office in global marketing initiatives and discussions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SAAS or software industry. Proven track record in brand marketing, campaign management, and team leadership. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects. Leadership qualities with a “get the job done” attitude. Role & responsibilities Role Overview As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in translating product requirements and user needs into elegant, functional, and visually appealing product screens. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to own the end-to-end process of designing critical product interfacesfrom concept to final handoff. This role has a strong emphasis on screen-level design , UI layouts, interaction patterns, visual hierarchies, and maintaining design consistency across the product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design user interfaces for web and/or mobile products, focusing on screen flows, layouts, and UI components. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas clearly. Translate product requirements, user stories, and technical constraints into clean, usable UI designs. Maintain consistency in visual language, spacing, typography, and component behavior using design systems or style guides. Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on feedback. Work cross-functionally with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation. Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across products. Advocate for the user at every step, championing usability, accessibility, and best UX practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based company. Strong portfolio showcasing product UI designs, particularly focused on screen design and interaction patterns. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems. Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms (iOS, Android, Web Apps). Ability to think through complex user flows and translate them into simple, intuitive UI screens. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback constructively. Attention to detail, with a strong eye for typography, spacing, and visual balance. Nice to Have Experience working in agile product teams or lean UX environments. Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.) Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
