Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Freshers)

Eligibility Criteria:
MBA in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university or institution.
Fresh graduates or candidates having up to one year of relevant
experience in Sales or Marketing.
Role Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching,
and developing relationships with corporate clients to generate business
opportunities for the hotel. The role involves proactive sales activities, client
engagement, and support in executing marketing initiatives to achieve
organizational sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business
development.
Present and promote the hotel’s profile, services, and facilities to
prospective clients.
Invite corporate clients to visit the property and experience the hotel’s
offerings.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to
ensure repeat business.
Proactively generate new leads and convert them into confirmed business.
Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and requests (reactive
sales).
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, marketing
campaigns, and corporate events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client experience
and service delivery.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as per organizational goals.
Prepare and maintain reports related to sales calls, client interactions, and
business conversions.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Confidence and initiative in approaching potential clients.
Proactive attitude with a strong drive for results.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Basic understanding of the hospitality or hotel industry will be an added
advantage.
