Job Description

Fargate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled people for the role of HR Intern.

Responsibilities:

Assist and handle end to end recruitment for internal hiring
Source, screen and reach out to the candidates via calls, emails, etc.
Assist and work on report generation, work on open vacancies, and ensure adequate manpower in the organization
Handle regular follow up and create a pool of candidate data

Requirements & Skills:

Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate from BBA and related field
Immediate Joinner

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Work Location: In person
