We’re Hiring – Sales & Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Najafgarh, Delhi🏢 Company: DotMik Software Pvt. Ltd.We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about exploring the open market, building client relationships, achieving targets, and driving business growth – this role is for you!✨

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients through open market visits, cold calling, and networking.Promote company products and services effectively to businesses and individual clients.Manage leads, follow-ups, and ensure successful client conversions.Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to demonstrate product value.Build strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop growth strategies and campaigns.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.Keep track of competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.📌

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Graduate degree (any stream).0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).Strong communication & negotiation skills.Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.Ability to work in the open market and generate business independently.Knowledge of B2B software/Fintech industry (preferred, not mandatory).Comfortable with fieldwork, client acquisition, and direct sales activitie
