We are hiring a Sales Marketing Executive (Remote) at BabyCode, an EdTech platform making IELTS and PTE preparation affordable and accessible.

We also collaborate with offline institutes to integrate BabyCode into their teaching, ensuring no student is limited by financial barriers.


Role Description

This is a remote role for a Sales Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting targeted outreach to IELTS/PTE coaching institutes and educational organizations.
  • Planning and executing B2B sales strategies to onboard new institutes.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Performing market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assisting in marketing campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
  • Providing weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.


Performance Expectations

  • Generate ~80 qualified leads per month.
  • Successfully onboard 15–20 new institutes per month.
  • Maintain a 90%+ follow-up response rate with prospects.
  • Contribute toward monthly revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.


Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Performance Incentives: Attractive commission on every successful sale, with recurring earnings on onboarded institutes for a defined period.
  • High Earning Potential: Top performers can significantly increase their income beyond the fixed salary.
  • Growth Path: Opportunity to move into senior sales or business development roles within BabyCode.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in market planning and research.
  • Results-driven approach to sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
