Sales & Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in innovative outdoor shading structures for residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, institutions, parking, and recreational spaces. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Marketing, Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, industrial contacts, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders. Understand customer needs and provide suitable shading solutions based on site requirements. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Manage CRM records, pipeline follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Conduct site visits to take measurements (training will be provided). Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat orders & referrals. Assist in building marketing content including photos, videos, and case studies. Track competitor activities and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up ability and confidence to close deals. Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, Email drafting, CRM handling. Knowledge of social media promotion & digital marketing is an advantage. Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
