With a strong legacy and multi-channel presence across print, digital, and social media, we work with top brands to deliver high-impact advertising and communication solutions. Role: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Ahmedabad Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development Identify and acquire new clients for print and digital advertising. Pitch advertising solutions—including newspaper ads, website banners, social media promotions, sponsored content, and PR solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Develop customized proposals for corporate clients, agencies, BFSI companies, fintech brands, start-ups, and SMEs. 2. Marketing & Brand Promotion Promote Smart Investment’s offerings across events, expos, and digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns for special issues (e.g., Diwali Issue, IPO Special Editions). Support lead-generation activities through email campaigns, digital ads, and partner collaborations. 3. Market Research & Strategy Track competitor media platforms, pricing, and market trends. Identify opportunities for new advertising packages, sponsorships, and branded content. Provide insights to improve Smart Investment’s market positioning. 4. Client ServicingCoordinate with the editorial and design teams for ad placements. Ensure timely delivery of creatives, approvals, and campaign execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client feedback. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Understanding of financial markets (preferred but not mandatory).
