Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Engineer with 19 to 40 years of experience in the field of Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and other channels.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial automation.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
