Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in targeted industry segments.
  
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  
• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales.
  
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
  
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  
• Address customer queries, deliver technical support (with technical team assistance), and ensure satisfaction.
  
• Manage post-sales activities including follow-ups, feedback, and complaint resolution.
  

Marketing & Product Promotion

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional plans, and product positioning strategies.
  
• Conduct market intelligence activities: competitor analysis, pricing trends, and market requirements.
  
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  
• Create marketing content such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, and digital/social media material.
  

Technical & Operational Coordination

• Collaborate with R&D, QC, and production teams to understand product specifications and applications.
  
• Provide customers with product recommendations based on technical requirements.
  
• Coordinate with logistics for timely order execution, delivery, and documentation.
  

Reporting

• Maintain sales reports, customer visit logs, and forecasting data.
  
• Present market insights, sales performance, and improvement plans to management.
