Sales Manager/Team Leader

As a Sales Executive for Industrial Pumps & Motors at MINERALX FLOWTECH PVT LTD in Madukkarai, Coimbatore, you will play a key role in driving sales growth for the division. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in various industrial sectors by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable pump and motor solutions. You will work closely with production, assembly, design, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback. To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with 3+ to 10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in pumps, motors, or rotating equipment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. In addition to meeting or exceeding sales targets, you will be responsible for conducting market research, generating and following up on quotations, providing post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through installation coordination and troubleshooting. Preferred qualifications include experience in a manufacturing environment, technical certification in pump systems or motor applications, and understanding of ISO standards and safety compliance in production settings.
