Sales Manager/Team Leader

As the Sales Team Manager, you will lead both the Offline Sales Team and Inside Sales Team to drive strategic initiatives for maximizing enrollments in NEET MDS and INI CET courses. Your responsibilities will include achieving monthly and quarterly targets, conducting training and mentoring sessions, strategizing territory-specific plans, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, handling escalations, and monitoring adherence to standards. - Lead and manage Offline Sales Team and Inside Sales Team. - Drive enrollments for NEET MDS / INI CET courses in assigned territories. - Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. - Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. - Strategize territory-specific plans to boost revenue and student conversions. - Ensure coordination between sales, operations, and academic teams. - Handle escalations and maintain excellent customer service. - Monitor adherence to processes, discipline, and reporting standards. You should be a graduate/postgraduate with at least 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably in EdTech/Education. Strong leadership, team-handling abilities, target-driven mindset, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving sales numbers are required.
