Sales Manager/Team Leader

An automobile sales manager oversees a dealership's sales operations by managing staff, developing strategies, and ensuring profitability. Key duties include hiring, training, and motivating salespeople, setting and tracking sales goals, analyzing market trends, coordinating with other departments, and building customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities

• Team leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and create campaigns to achieve dealership goals.
• Performance monitoring: Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Operations management: Coordinate with other departments like finance and inventory to ensure smooth operations, including vehicle inventory and delivery procedures.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Financial management: Analyze and control expenditures to stay within budget and ensure profitable margins.
• Compliance: Ensure sales staff understands and follows all dealership policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
