Sales Manager/Sales Head/ACM - Gurugram

What you'll do

• To develop as complete skin Counsellor and provide consultations to clients for their skin related problems.
• Suggesting treatments on patients based upon the diagnosis of skin related concerns.
• Must have knowledge of Hair Growth Laser treatment, Mesotherapy, treatment with Derma roller, and PRP treatments.
• Must have knowledge of Skin Treatments like peels, pigmentation treatment, removal of moles, wats & tags; Facial PRP; Q-switched laser treatment, and CIT Treatments.
• Must have knowledge of Laser Hair reduction treatments and consultation thereof.
• Follow-ups with the Patients about the treatments and their results.
• Ensure all the in-house databank (telephonic- enquiries, SMS, online, registered, non-registered, event, online etc.) are used properly
• Managing overall consultation and treatment process and converting the clients for the business.

• Must be having on In-house Sales & Business Development.,
• Will be preparing the Reports & analyzing the sales reports of the center.,

Client Satisfaction:

• Ensure that client should not be suffered due to personal reason
• Ensure that staff are not raising voice against client
• Ensure that client should complete his/her package on time.
• Ensure that client should get post treatment calls on regular basis.
• Ensure that client should get call on their birthday & anniversary & avail complementary session as soon as possible
• Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional client experience

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 + Experience in any skin clinic.
• Experience in taking consultations on all the aesthetic treatments related to skin.

REMUNERATION:

• Between 3.60 LPA to 7.50 LPA (depending upon relevant experience and capabilities) PLUS incentive.

OFFICE TIMINGS

• 6 days working in a week and there will be no weekly off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• 09:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 19:00 & 11:00 to 20:00.
