Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, track their performance through clear KPIs, and help them excel. Set clear individual sales targets, guide the team, and ensure targets are met through active support and motivation. Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients in and around Vellore. Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and boost the company’s brand presence. Supervise branch operations, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, and share regular updates with the Head Office. Required Candidate Profile: Experience: 2–10 years in sales management (any industry). Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and excellent communication skills. Technical: Good working knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table — must-have). Languages: Must be fluent in English & Tamil (spoken and written). Who Should Apply?
