About the Company

Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd is a growing leader in interior design and project execution, delivering innovative and high-quality solutions including curtains, blinds, wallpapers, mosquito nets, sofa works, and home automation. With a strong focus on creativity, customer satisfaction, and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead and manage the sales team by providing training, guidance, motivation, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
  • Track and manage sales performance through CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in interiors, décor, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets within deadlines with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written).

Work Environment & Benefits

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
  • Compensation: Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
