Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and training the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Experience in preparing sales reports and conducting market research
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train a sales team
• Knowledge of modular construction, water storage, grain storage, and steel fabrication is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram
