**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Sales Manager for West Asia Ceramics at Imerys, you will be responsible for managing sales to the Sanitaryware industry in West Asia. Your key role will involve developing markets, creating new opportunities, and converting them into sales to expand the company's market presence in the Ceramic Industry. You will play a crucial part in managing customers and prospects, driving business and market development, participating in the development of the commercial strategy, and ensuring the profitability of activities within your scope. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage to achieve commercial targets and develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base. - Effectively manage leading indicators in your markets and ensure timely processing of customer inquiries, orders, sample requests, and complaints. - Handle account management at medium accounts and support Key Account Managers for large accounts by negotiating contracts and identifying growth opportunities. - Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and maintain strong customer relationships. - Drive agents/distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with safety rules. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Ceramics, Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical. - Postgraduate business management education will be an advantage. - 15+ years of sales experience in Whiteware Ceramics, Glass, Cement, Refractories, or related industries. - Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other Indian regional languages is advantageous. **Additional Company Details (if applicable):** Imerys is the world's leading supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions with a focus on providing high value-added and functional solutions to various industries.
