QA & QC Page 1of 1 Job Title: Quality Executive Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Location: Kadthal Reports To: Quality Manager Job Purpose: To ensure that all products and processes meet established quality standards by conducting inspections, monitoring operations, identifying deviations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the quality of the Inwards, process, and products. 2. Testing and reporting of outsourced samples from mines and suppliers. 3. Lab Management with all required equipment and consumables stocks. 4. Maintaining quality-relevant documents(SOPs, checklists, inspection records, etc.), conducting process and product audits whenever necessary, and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions against process and product deviations. 5. On-time testing for all the produced materials and maintaining reference and counterpart samples. 6. Shift the schedule of the Quality team and plan for Port dispatch quality monitoring. 7. 100 % adhere to the maintenance of quality reports & documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) standard. 8. Inward raw material blend preparation for the required product quality. 9. Sample preparation for NPD and Market testing by ensuring the required specifications. 10. 5S & Continuous Improvement projects Implementation at Quality Control Lab. 11. Training operators, team leaders, and workers on Quality issues & Refreshment quality training. 12. Monitoring batch-wise dispatches against the right material to the right customer. 13. Conduct in-process and final product inspections as per standard procedures. 14. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory standards. 15. Investigate and document non-conformances, and assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 16. Operate and maintain XRF equipment for accurate chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products. 17. Interpret XRF test results and compare with product specifications. 18. Ensure calibration and routine maintenance of the XRF machine to maintain analytical accuracy.
