Quality Engineer

Job Description

The Quality Engineer will handle inspections, quality control, and support ISO 9001 processes to ensure high-quality electronic products and smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and final electronic products.
• Check PCB/SMT assemblies and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and prepare RCA, CAPA, and 8D reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material issues and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection sheets, test reports, and quality documentation.
• Use QC tools like multimeter, oscilloscope, microscope, LCR meter, etc.
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and ESD compliance.

ISO 9001 Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare/update SOPs, records, and documents as per ISO requirements.
• Support internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all quality and production processes align with ISO 9001 standards.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of PCB/SMT manufacturing
• Basic RCA, CAPA, and QC tools
• Understanding of IPC standards
• Good communication & documentation skills

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or ECE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹401,269.67 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
