Senior Hardware Design Engineer

As a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at BLYK Engineering Services Inc., you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems. Your expertise in system architecture, circuit design, prototyping, and troubleshooting will be crucial in managing the entire hardware development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include developing hardware system architecture based on project requirements, designing and validating electronic circuits and components, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the hardware development process. You will also be involved in prototyping and testing hardware to verify functionality and performance, as well as overseeing PCB design, assembly, and manufacturing support. In this role, you will need to identify and resolve hardware design and performance issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. Your ability to prepare detailed design documentation, maintain records for design modifications, and effectively manage project timelines and deliverables will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in hardware design, circuit development, and PCB design. Proficiency in hardware design tools such as Altium, KiCAD, or OrCAD, as well as knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and power management, will be required. Experience with hardware debugging tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong team leadership abilities are also important.
