We’re Hiring – Senior Hardware Design Engineer (8+ Years Experience) We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in embedded hardware development, schematic design, PCB layout, validation, and product development. The role includes complete ownership of hardware architecture, component selection, design reviews, testing, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: Lead hardware architecture, schematic design, and component selection Design multilayer PCBs, high-speed interfaces, RF sections, and sensor interfaces Coordinate PCB layout, stack-up, impedance control, thermal design, and EMI/EMC Handle DFM/DFT and vendor coordination Work on interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN, Ethernet, SDIO Develop analog front-ends, sensor modules (IMU, ECG, PPG), and power management circuits Perform board bring-up, debugging, signal integrity analysis & validation testing Design power supplies and ensure EMI/EMC and safety compliance Prepare documentation, BOMs, Gerber files, and release manufacturing deliverables Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, testing & production teams Mentor and review the work of junior engineers Required Skills: Strong embedded hardware design and analysis skills Expertise in Altium / OrCAD / Eagle / KiCad Experience in multilayer PCBs, HDI & fine-pitch components Solid analog/digital fundamentals and board-level debugging Knowledge of EMI/EMC practices, power supply design & battery-powered systems Excellent communication, documentation & leadership abilitiesPreferred Experience with medical devices, wearables, IoT, RF (BLE/WiFi/LoRa) Familiarity with regulatory certifications: CE, FCC, IEC 60601, etc. Interested candidates can apply or refer profiles.
